Hello and welcome to my website! I received my Masters of Social Work from the School of Social Policy and Practice at the University of Pennsylvania in 2016. Since then, I have worked as a Case Manager, Therapist, Clinical Supervisor and now a Social Worker at Jefferson Health's Department of Psychiatry. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2019.

I am trained in Eye Moment Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which is an evidence-based form of treatment for Trauma. EMDR is also helpful for treating Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Addictions. Additionally, I have training in EMDR for chronic pain and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). Combining EMDR with PRT has been helpful for treating chronic pain for myself and my clients.

As a LGBTQ+ therapist in Philadelphia, I have a lot of experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, including running a Queer Support Group and interning at the Attic Youth Center (a multi-service organization for LGBTQ+ teens and young adults). I also provided case management services to individuals living HIV and AIDS. I go by he/him/his pronouns.

In my free time, I love spending time with my partner and our two cats, as well as, going on hikes in Wissahickon Valley Park located in Northwest Philadelphia.
