I am licensed to meet with clients living in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

I support individuals in making peace with their traumatic experiences and turning down the volume of their chronic pain.

Traumatic experiences can have a lasting impact. They can lead to you feeling on high alert and having a difficult time quieting your mind. It can feel frustrating when you believe that you should be able to move forward with your life, but are having a hard time doing so.

Our brains and bodies aren’t always in sync with one another. Sometimes you have aches and pains that you can’t completely explain, and medical treatments will help for a bit, but never fully resolve the issue.

If any of the above resonates with you, then you are in the right place.

I would love to speak with you more about how we can work together.

Therapy is a place to feel heard, be who you are and be accepted for it.

As a therapist, I will see you for who you are and affirm that. Many individuals have been told their lived experiences are not real. You may have been told your pain is all in your head, when you know what you are feeling is indeed real. I may be the therapist, but you are the expert of you.

We will work together to address the issues that brought you to therapy. I will engage with you and I promise you will not be speaking to a brick wall. In our work, some strategies may feel like that they land better for you and I will always respect that and encourage you to provide feedback.

Mindfulness will be a part of our work. Listening to our bodies, knowing our limits and developing coping strategies are all important steps. Our work will always proceed at a pace that feels right to you. As a 200 hour yoga teacher, I enjoy incorporating yoga therapy, movement and breath exercises into our sessions.

I am offering services virtually at this time. I am located in the Roxborough and Manayunk neighborhoods of Philadelphia.
